(CHICAGO) A third man was found guilty of murder Monday in the 2010 shooting death of off-duty Chicago Police Officer Thomas Wortham IV in the Chatham neighborhood.
Marcus Floyd, 24, was found guilty of first-degree murder Monday evening, according to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.
He was the third and final person to be tried for Wortham’s murder during a failed armed robbery on May 19, 2010.
Two other men who served as lookouts — Paris McGee, 25, and Toyious Taylor, 35 — were previously convicted and are serving life sentences.
