(CRESTWOOD) A suburban Chicago merchant is under arrest for allegedly selling fake urine.
Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart says 56-year old Taher Yousef, who owns the Tobacco Land Plus store in the 13400 block of Cicero Avenue in Crestwood, sold a synthetic urine kit with a heating element, to an undercover Sheriff’s Police Officer.
Dart says the kits are used to defraud drug and alcohol tests.
Yousef was charged with a manufacture/sell/give a synthetic or human substance with the intent of using the product to a defraud drug or alcohol screening test, which is a class 4 felony.
