(CHICAGO) Ted Cruz stopped short of endorsing the man he once ran against for the White House.
The more Ted Cruz spoke, the more restless the crowd became, here in the Quicken Loans Arena. They waited but delegates didn’t get the endorsement they wanted and across the arena, even here in the nosebleed section – loud boos.
Newt Gingrich immediately followed, telling the crowd that Trump allowed his former rivals to speak, without requiring an endorsement.
