(CHICAGO) Those wanting to see the highly acclaimed play “Hamilton” can take their chances and enter a ticket lottery.
Beginning September 27, A day-of-show ticket lottery will take place. Broadway in Chicago says 44 tickets will be available by lottery for every performance for $10 each.The seats are random with some in the front row and other in boxes.
It will all be done online beginning at 9 a.m. for Tuesday through Friday performances. For Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday matinee performances, the lottery opens at noon. Two tickets can be requested and those entering must be 18.
