(CHICAGO) Chicago police say one person is dead and five injured after a shooting on Chicago’s west side.
It happened near Central Avenue and Lake Street just after 1:30 this afternoon. A gray-colored SUV approached a group and someone inside fired multiple rounds.
One male was pronounced dead at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood.
A 17-year old was shot in his leg, a 30-year old man was struck in the foot and a 46-year old man was shot in the buttocks. Police say two other men were shot in the thigh. All are listed in good condition.
