(CHICAGO) Chicago-based United Airlines is making a change and it has nothing to do with the stories that have made the headlines recently.
The keypad codes used to open cockpit doors on United planes were posted on a public website. The company says it was an accident and NOT the result of hacking.
United, over the weekend, sent a memo to pilots telling them to use alternative security measures and the airline says the keypad codes are being changed.
No flights were delayed or canceled due to the security breach.
