(CHICAGO) Nothing seems to work to solve the state’s severe budget impasse, but one senior citizen says Gov Rauner needs to consult Jesus.
One of the retirees at risk for reduced home health care under Rauner – Robert Wright- says the governor needs to get some religion.
“Gov Rauner needs to get some Jesus. This is what Gov Rauner needs. If he had the Bible, it would change his mind. This has changed many mens minds.”
Rauner is Episcopalian, but still won’t make a budget deal until he gets some of his agenda.
