(CHICAGO) Arrests were down 24% last year and former firefighter now northwest side Alderman Nick Sposato thinks he knows why.
The alderman says, “It’s not something that surprises me. These guys are scared to death to do their job nowadays. We know why that is. They’re wrong no matter what they do. They’re afraid to do their job nowadays. We all see the internet, we see social media. We see what’s going on. We can’t do anything right.”
Sposato says the solution is to “let ’em do their job.”
