(CHICAGO) Chicago police are looking for two thieves who carjacked a 32-year-old man then forced him to ride with them on the Dan Ryan in pursuit of other victims.
The victim, who was carjacked in the Brighton Park neighborhood at gun point, managed to escape by jumping out of his moving SUV onto the Dan Ryan. He was able to flag down state troopers near Pershing Road just after 1 a.m.
Police say the man was carjacked as he was pulling into his garage in the 2700-block of West 38th Place.
Eventually all three ended up on the expressway where police say the victim jumped out of the passenger seat.
Police are still investigating. No one is in custody.
