(CHICAGO) In the race for mayor, challenger Willie Wilson has won a round.
The State Board of Elections voted 8 to nothing to kill the charge that Willie was supposed to file a campaign finance report about how he’s been giving away cash to the poor to pay for things like their property taxes.
After the win, he vowed to fight on, exclaiming “We’re going to continue to fight them and do what we have to do. I call ’em all snakes! We’re gonna get the snakes out of the woods, all right? I’ll die and go to heaven before I stop helpin’ poor people.”
Wilson said he gets joy out of fighting those snakes.
