20 people were killed Saturday in a horrific limousine crash in upstate New York.
Police say the limo, which was on its way to a birthday party, failed to stop at an intersection and crashed into another vehicle in a store parking lot. All 18 people inside the limo and two nearby pedestrians were killed.
Both federal and local authorities are investigating whether the limo was speeding, if the brakes malfunctioned, or if the occupants were wearing seatbelts.
