A Long Island driving instructor is accused of having a few drinks before the lesson.
Police say Russell Cohen had taken four students out for a lesson when they suspected he was drunk. After the students convinced Cohen to pull over in a McDonald’s parking lot, they called 911.
Cohen then drove off without the students, only to rear-end another car a short time later. The 58-year-old Cohen is charged with DWI and child endangerment.
