The latest information on the tragic limousine crash that left 20 people dead just adds to the question of if this could have been prevented.
The driver of the limo did not obtain the proper license to be operating a vehicle holding more than 15 passengers.
Additionally, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the limo failed an inspection by the state’s DMV just last month.
The company, Prestige Limousine, has had to remove four cars from service and has had five vehicles inspected in just five years, which is four times the national rate.
