Former Vice President Joe Biden has become the 9th person to be targeted by a serial bomber that has been busy sending mail bombs around the country.
The suspected pipe bomb never made it to Biden. It was intercepted at a facility in New Castle, Delaware.
The package for Biden was discovered on the same day that a mail bomb was sent to actor Robert DeNiro’s offices in lower Manhattan in New York.
