This week on DriveChicago, we talk to Fiat Chrysler Automobiles about some of its sporty offerings and the focus on the exhaust in the Abarth models.
“I think as an industry it’s something that we engineers and car companies are definitely paying more attention to and with the modern tools and simulation techniques we can dial in the exhaust sound more accurately and the exhaust sound is a big part of a vehicles character. It’s the cars voice,” said Eric Heuschele, FCA Vehicle Dynamics
We review the Lexus ES 350. “It looks the part of being kind of a performance-minded luxury sedan but comes with that 30 years of Lexus history of producing this car that is kind of unmatched with some of the others that are out there,” said Chicago Auto Show Marketing Director Jim Obrill.
