If you’re expecting gun laws in the US to change following the mass shooting at a Pittsburgh Synagogue on Saturday, you might be holding your breath a lot longer.
President Trump told reporters that he thinks gun laws had little to do with the deaths of 11 people and that perhaps the congregation would have been better protected if armed guards were stationed inside the house of worship.
Trump is taking a hard stance on the shooter himself though, saying, “I think one thing we should do is we would stiffen up our laws with guns with the death penalty.”
