All of a sudden, Hillary Clinton is sounding a little bit like Donald Trump, calling for tougher immigration laws – in Europe, at least.
In an interview with The Guardian, Clinton said “I think Europe needs to get a handle on migration”, which she blames for the rise of right-wing politics in the region.
Clinton says European voters are supporting more right-wing candidates due to concerns over migrant refugees. The former Secretary of State thinks the EU should to send a message that “we are not going to be able to continue to provide refuge and support”.
