House Democrats are moving quickly on some major changes in the opening days of the 116th Congress.
On Thursday, Rep. Steve Cohen introduced a bill that would eliminate the Electoral College.
Cohen called the Electoral College ‘outdated’ and said that “Americans expect and deserve the winner of the popular vote to win office”.
