Democratic strategists are weighing on who tops the list of likely candidates to receive the endorsement of former President Barack Obama.
Former Vice President Joe Biden and first time Senator Kamala Harris both have long relationships with the most recent former President of the United States.
However, NBC News reports, that with a potentially crowded Democratic field of 20 or more 2020 presidential candidates, former President Obama will likely take his time – and so will will likely campaign donors.
