It’s really difficult to scam someone when the actual events are caught on camera.
That’s what happened with Alexander Goldinsky, 57, of New Jersey when he got caught faking a slip and fall for insurance money.
“The investigation revealed that Goldinsky purposely threw the ice on the floor in the cafeteria at his workplace, placed himself on the ground, and waited until he was discovered,” a statement said. “Fraudulent claims cost everyone and we will aggressively prosecute those who illegally manipulate the system.”
Goldinsky was arrested in January on insurance fraud.
