Special Counsel Robert Mueller has just handed his report to the US Attorney General.
The report of the nearly two-year investigation into potential Russia-Trump collusion should be “a confidential report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions reached by the Special Counsel,” according to federal regulations, ABC News reports.
Congress was notified of the submission late Friday afternoon. Following review, AG Bill Barr will send his own report to top lawmakers on the House and Senate judiciary committees.
It isn’t clear how extensive that report will be. Many in Congress and even the President have called for the full report to be released.
