After excluding Chick-fil-A based on the company’s discriminatory views, the San Antonio Airport is being investigated for discriminating against Chick-fil-A.
The investigation, launched by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, comes a week after the city council voted against allowing the fast food restaurant to occupy a spot in the airport’s new food court, citing the company’s “anti-LGBT behavior.”
Paxton says he believes the move was a “discriminatory decision” and he’s investigating to determine whether it was unlawful.
