Despite following Boeing guidelines, the crew of the doomed 737 Max 8 couldn’t control the jet that crashed and killed all 157 on board, according to the first initial crash report.
Ethiopia’s transportation ministry wants the aircraft flight control system that the pilots couldn’t override to be reviewed and wants authorities to make sure the issue is “thoroughly addressed.”
Boeing says that a new software test for its jet was successful but the company and its jet is still under review from the FAA.
