Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli say they’re outraged over being labeled “cheaters,” People magazine reports. The actress and fashion designer have pleaded not guilty to charges in connection with the widespread college entrance scandal centered around college prep advisor William Singer.
Authorities say the parents paid Singer $500,000 to help pave their daughter’s way into USC – including lying about being rowing recruiters.
Others caught up in the scandal have opted for plea agreements; however, Loughlin and her husband are preparing for trial.
