A summit between the leaders of North Korea and Russia has come to a close.
ABC News reports North Korean leader Kim Jong Un departed Vladivostok, Russia by way of his armored train Friday.
The three day visit with Russian president Vladimir Putin was the first for the pair. While there was media coverage of elaborate ceremonies, few details are known about actual discussions. However, Putin did tell reporters that he believes the hermit country needs serious security needs in order to give up its nuclear ambitions.
The summit with Russia follows stalled negotiations with the US.
