Memorial Day Weekend is typically one of the busiest travel periods of the year – but not in 2020.
On Thursday, AAA predicted ‘record low’ travel for the holiday weekend due to the coronavirus pandemic, especially since a number of states still have travel restrictions or stay-at-home orders in place.
Last year, more than 43 million Americans traveled over Memorial Day weekend – one of the highest-volume weekends ever.
