(CHICAGO) — Add one more to the growing list of Republicans looking to unseat Gov. JB Pritzker.
According to a filing with the State Board of Elections, Rick Heidner has formed a gubernatorial campaign committee.
A Barrington Hills real estate developer and owner of Gold Rush Gaming, Heidner joins a crowded Republican primary field that includes former state Sen. Darren Bailey, Ted Dabrowski and DuPage County Sheriff James Mendrick.
