(CHICAGO) Just hours before Monday’s game against Charlotte, the Chicago Bulls announced that the team acquired guard Michael Carter-Williams from the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for guard Tony Snell.

“We’re excited to add Michael to our roster,” said Chicago Bulls General Manager Gar Forman. “He is a two-way player who adds versatility and depth to our backcourt rotation.”

In 2013, Carter-Williams was drafted out of Syracuse by the Philadelphia 76ers. He remained with the team until 2015 when he was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks, mid-season.

Some of his career accomplishments include the NBA Rookie of the Year in 2014, and the NBA All-Rookie First Team in that same year.
