Marquette Law School Dean Robert Kearney

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead of apparent natural causes Saturday on a luxury resort in West Texas at the age of 79. The death has created a political firestorm, with Republicans in the Senate already telling President Obama that he should not nominate a replacement during an election year.

Joseph Kearney served as a clerk for Justice Sacalia, now he is the Dean of Marquette Law School. He joined John to share his personal experiences with Scalia.
