Hamilton” tickets set to go on sale in Chicago.

(CHICAGO) The smash hit Broadway musical “Hamilton” is coming to Chicago, and Thursday morning the show’s producers announced that tickets will go on sale Tuesday June 21st at 10:00 a.m.

Tickets for the hip hop musical about the life of U.S. founding father Alexander Hamilton, will be available online at www.Broadwayinchicago.com, and by phone at 800-775-2000.

If you want to camp out for tickets, they will be available at the PrivateBank Theatre, 18 W. Monroe St.

As the Chicago Tribune first reported on Thursday, the first block of tickets will be released for performances running from Sept. 27 through March 19, 2017.

Nothing will yet be on sale past that date, and the early weeks of the show already are heavily sold to groups and subscribers. Most tickets to most performances will be priced from $65 to $180.   Premium tickets are expected to go for between $500 and $600 .
