(CHICAGO)  Drew Peterson reportedly was jumped by another inmate at an Indiana prison. The alleged attack comes only about a month after the ex-Bolingbrook cop moved to the new facility for security reasons.

The Chicago Tribune reports that the unidentified inmate attacked Peterson with a food tray on March 29 in a dining area of the maximum-security federal facility in Terre Haute.

Peterson wasn’t seriously hurt and was separated from the prison’s general population after the incident.

Steven Greenberg, Peterson’s attorney, tells the Chicago Tribune he was “looking into the matter.”

The 63-year-old recently was sentenced to 40 years in prison for trying to put a hit on Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow. He had originally been sentenced to 38 years behind bars for the murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. He’s also suspected in the death of his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson, who remains missing.

Peterson was moved to the Terre Haute facility on February 20.
