“What’s” with the “Trip Sisters”

What’s in Your Suitcase?
Tap Wearable Keyboard –
Priced at $179 with free shipping in the USA, the Tap Wearable Suitcase is a comfortable wearable strap that sits at the base of your fingers and senses finger taps as input. It connects to any Bluetooth enabled device giving users the ability to type, text, control, etc.

What’s on your phone?
Gas Buddy – Save money on your next road trip by having Gas Buddy find the nearest gas station with the cheapest gas. Calculate the cost of your trip ahead of time, see local prices of gas, and view a map that shows the average gas prices by state.

What’s the tip?
Anticipate trouble spots – If you’re driving, try to estimate your times to avoid busy areas around rush hour. If it looks like you’ll be heading into a big city between 4-6pm, maybe consider moving your trip back or forward to avoid getting stuck in traffic

Divide up the labor – Some people are good at navigating; others couldn’t read a map if they tried. Some people are good at planning meals, while others think a big bag of chips counts as a good dinner. Know who does what well, and what really matters to your traveling companions, and you will divvy up tasks in a way that gets things done efficiently and to the satisfaction of all.
Have a loose plan (but not too loose) – Try not to overshoot how much you think you can drive in one day (unless you’re really determined to get to your destination by a certain time). Try to plan for any side trips ahead of time, so you can better keep on track. It’s easy to start going off the beaten path and spending a few hours trying to see that random dinosaur exhibit you saw a sign for along the way.
