(CHICAGO) Remember when you used to buy a car and the salesman said go home and read the manual?   These days you may need some help and Chicago area dealership owner Ray Scarpelli Jr. says they hear you.  He joins us to talk about the new car delivery process.  “Many of us, the new car dealers, and our dealerships in particular have tech people that will explain many of these features such as park assist, lane-keep assist, Apple Car Play, OnStar.  There are many things that need explanation and demonstration that you can’t say ‘go read the manual or go to YouTube,” said Scarpelli Jr.

We also talk about where to find out whether your vehicle is part of a recall and we review the 2019 Kia Sorrento.  “The changes they’ve made have made this a very, very pleasing, comfortable, cruising vehicle – perfect for suburban shuttle-duty, with the kids,” said Mark Bilek, DriveChicago General Manager.
