Tester Wins Re-Election in Montana Senate Race

It took a little while longer than he may have preferred, but Montana’s John Tester will have another 6-year term as a member of the United States Senate.

It has been projected that Tester will defeat challenger Matt Rosendale in a Senate race that was of particular interest to President Donald Trump. Trump made multiple visits to Montana to back Rosendale’s effort.

Tester was squarely in the crosshairs of Trump after releasing information harmful to the nomination of Ronny Jackson to become the next Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
