The father of 24-year-old, so called ‘ISIS bride,’ Hoda Muthana is suing the White House after the administration declared that she wasn’t a US citizen.

ABC News reports the lawsuit was filed against US President Donald Trump and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. Her father contends that she is a US citizen.

Mutana, who left the US for the middle east in 2014, married three different ISIS fighters, two of which were killed, and had a child with one, has sought to return “home” to Alabama since fleeing ISIS several weeks ago. She says she wasn’t treated favorably by the terrorist organization and was misguided.
