Police are warning Phoenix residents to be on the lookout for a man they say shot three people before kidnapping his girlfriend.
The violent crime spree began at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday when 24-year-old Eddison Jesus Noyola stole a car and a gun from family members in Glendale, Phoenix Police Sgt. Tommy Thompson says. About a half hour later, he broke into a Phoenix apartment and shot two men. One is in “extremely” critical condition and the other is in critical condition, Thompson says. At 11:30 p.m., he turned up at another Phoenix residence, where he reportedly shot another man and kidnapped his girlfriend, 30-year-old Andrea Lou Dixon. The victim in that incident is in critical but stable condition.
Although the stolen vehicle was found abandoned Wednesday afternoon, police have been unable to locate Noyola or Dixon. Investigators, who say Noyola is “armed and extremely dangerous,” believe he could be planning to harm himself and Dixon, Thompson says.
