Authorities in Ohio pulled Juan Carlos Morales-Pedraza, 33, over for a traffic violation, but ended up arresting him for abducting and raping a teen from New Jersey.

“During the stop, OSHP says the officer noticed a young female riding with an older male,” the Ohio State Patrol said. “Police say it was also confirmed that the man had forced the girl to perform acts on him and that the girl was being taken to Chicago from New Jersey.”

Morales-Pedraza had been previously deported and was living illegally in the United States. He faces abduction charges.
