A Nashville man is behind bars after he was found sitting in a stranger’s house, naked.

James Wooten, 67, is being held on $5,000 bond in connection with the incident, police say. He was taken into custody last week when an unidentified resident returned home from work and found Wooten, completely undressed, drinking juice on his couch. Apparently, Wooten was just as surprised as the homeowner. According to the police report, when the resident returned home, Wooten “screamed and dropped the juice.”

When officers arrived and told Wooten to get dressed, he put on the only article of clothing he had with him: a T-shirt. He was escorted to jail naked from the waist-down, police say. Further inspection of the house later revealed that — in addition to drinking the homeowner’s juice — Wooten had also helped himself to some ice cream from the freezer, police say.
