WalletHub looked at such environmental factors as a person’s overall well-being and satisfaction with life, as well as the depression rate, sports participation rate, and income growth in each of the 50 states and found one stands above them all.
According to the personal-finance website’s 2019 rankings, the happiest state in America is Hawaii, whose residents have the highest satisfaction with life.
The least amount of depressed adults live in the Aloha State, but also the most sleep-deprived, bottoming out on the lowest adequate sleep rate category.
