Last week, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine ordered all Buckeye residents to wear face masks while out in public. But he backed off the next day.

The reason, he told ABC ‘s “This Week:” “People were not going to accept the government telling them what to do.”

A fellow Republican in the state’s House of Representatives explained just why he won’t listen to the now recommendation.

In a video posted to Facebook, Nino Vitale declared, “This is the greatest nation on earth founded on Judeo-Christian Principles. One of those principles is that we are all created in the image and likeness of God. That image is seen the most by our face. I will not wear a mask.”
