The suit claims the first complaint against 24 year old Zachary Cortes was filed on January 5th. He worked at the Splash Landings indoor aquatic center. The suit alleges he wasn’t arrested until January 20th after a second complaint. Cortes is charged with sexual exploitation of a child and disorderly conduct.
